Shirt size
I ordered a M size shirt as that is my normal shirt size and gives me plenty of spare .Received the shirt and the fitting g was more like an XS . Go one or two sizes up and do not take any notice of the size chart .

Sizing is terrible!
Their size charts are very misleading. Size up!!! Delivery took two weeks - head to a shop if you’re in a rush.

Test fit jersey
Test fit jerseys leave nothing to the imagination so definitely size up. Size Large would best fit a 34 inch waist

Sizing is terrible
Go at least one size up than what you would normally with Canterbury. (Who are tight enough round the chest for guys than normal.)
