At Canterbury we are proud to offer a fast and efficient delivery service. We are happy to send goods worldwide – and your package can be delivered to wherever is most convenient to you.
For orders outside the UK and EU, customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Canterbury is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. Canterbury has no control over these charges, and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
All orders placed on the Canterbury website are made subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received confirmation of shipping but your products have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times provided to you on your shipping confirmation email.
We offer both standard and express delivery types for UK & EU, and a standard delivery type for the rest of the world.
Member states of the EU that we ship to are; UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
In total we deliver to over 47 countries worldwide, so there are more ways to get your favourite Canterbury kit, regardless of where you are across the globe.
Your order will be carefully packaged and despatched to you and delivered within the timeframe of the delivery option you have chosen.
UK express delivery orders placed before 8:00pm Monday-Friday will be delivered the following working day, or within 2 working days for Northern Ireland. Orders placed after 8:00pm Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday. Please note that only a 2 day service is available on an express delivery option for the following postcodes: AB31-38, AB44-56, IV1-63.
We use a variety of carefully selected carriers, and once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a confirmation email. In most cases carriers do not operate or deliver on Bank Holidays.
Following the COVID-19 outbreak, our DCs are following Government advice by implementing safe working procedures, and reducing the number of staff working at any one time. As such, it is taking us a little longer to process and dispatch orders than usual, and our current expected delivery times are 3-5 working days. Apologies for the inconvenience, but this is necessary to safeguard our DC workers at this time.

Delivery to PO boxes is free
Your order will be available to collect from your nominated collection location within 10 working days.
Deliveries to your nominated collection point are made Mondays to Saturdays (except Bank Holidays).
We’ll give you a choice between delivery and collection at checkout. If a CollectPlus location is easiest for you, please select ‘collection’ and enter your postcode. You’ll be shown your nearest CollectPlus locations; choose your preferred CollectPlus collection point and proceed with your order.
You'll receive an email and text message when your order is ready for collection.
Present your email/text and a form of ID to collect your item.
Please note that CollectPlus order can be returned for a refund only, orders cannot be exchanged.

Delivery to PO Boxes is unfortunately not available
Customers are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties charged on your item(s). Customers are also responsible for providing any information required by local customs to ensure goods are cleared. Customs charges vary from country to country, and Canterbury cannot advise how much they will be. For more information on customs and import duty charges we recommend you contact your local customs office. If you choose not to pay the applicable customs charges, Canterbury will refund you for any goods returned to it in a resalable condition less any charges it incurs as a result. If, however, you do not elect to return the goods to Canterbury, it is possible that Customs will not release the goods and Canterbury will not be able to process a refund.
Occasionally goods may be subject to delays due to customs or weather.
