FAQs
Do I need to register my boots to be covered?
Yes. You must create a Canterbury account at Canterbury.com and register your boots within 30 days of purchase by uploading valid proof of purchase and entering the product details.
Can I register boots bought from a third-party retailer?
Yes, provided the boots were purchased from a UK or Irish online retailer or store.
If I miss the 30-day window, can I still register my boots?
If you have missed the window to register, please email contact our customer service team and they will confirm on a case-by-case basis if you can still register your boots for the 1 year guarantee.
How do I claim my guarantee?
If you experience an issue, contact our Customer Service team with your details used to register, photos of the boots, and a brief description of the problem. We'll review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement pair so you can get back on the pitch with confidence.
What is covered?
The guarantee will cover the below failures specifically:
•Breaking at the seams
•Separation of the outsole from the upper
•Breaking or snapping of the outsole
Will I get the same boot back or could I receive a different model?
Canterbury will aim to send the same boots. Where the same boots are not reasonably available, Canterbury may provide a comparable alternative.
