It’s Week 3 of the Canterbury #RugbyFit Tour and Team RugbyLAD are working on their endurance with fitness coach, Colm Moran, in preparation for the 2018 #RugbyFit final.

This week Team RugbyLAD have taken to the great outdoors with fitness coach, Colm Moran, who is helping the team build their endurance through a series of exercises including hill sprints, multi-terrain cycling and rowing.
