Week 2 of the Canterbury #RugbyFit Tour sees Team RugbyDump train with fitness expert Alex Crockford to help improve the team’s full body strength and power ahead of the #RugbyFit final.

Alex Crockford meets Team RugbyDump at the local runway to test their strength with drills including tyre flipping and car pulling. All exercises can be transferred to the gym however Alex wanted to put the team through their paces and get them out of their comfort zone!
