The School of Calisthenics duo Tim and Jacko take Team RugbyDump through three progressive agility drills to increase full body physical agility with a focus on ‘bomb proofing’ the shoulders.

Using a bouldering wall and the teams own body weight the duo explore training drills that will develop muscle agility specifically required for a rugby match.
