The Queensland rugby league team have represented the Australian state of Queensland in Rugby League since the sport's beginnings there in 1908. Nicknamed the "Maroons", the team wrote itself into the history bokks by wining their 6th consecutive 'State of Origin' series in 2011, becoming the only team to ever do so.
